1. Service Description

Clean-Tec® provides professional cleaning services for short-term rental properties through an online booking portal. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and adding properties.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Bookings & Service Delivery

  • Cleaning requests submitted through the portal are requests, not confirmed bookings. All requests are subject to availability.
  • We aim to confirm or propose alternatives within 24 hours of receiving a request.
  • Property access information (keys, codes, parking) must be accurate and up to date. Clean-Tec is not liable for delays caused by incorrect access details.
  • We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or locked properties at the time of service will be charged the full service fee.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed on the portal are indicative and based on property size and selected package.
  • Final pricing may be adjusted based on property condition or additional services requested on-site.
  • Payment terms and methods will be communicated separately and are not processed through the portal.

6. Liability

  • Clean-Tec will perform all services with reasonable care and professionalism.
  • Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the specific service in question.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by inaccurate property information.
  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, with photographic evidence where possible.

7. Your Content

By submitting property information, access notes, and other content through the portal, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. This information is used solely for service delivery purposes.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cádiz, Spain.
