  • Contact information — your phone number, provided when you add a property.
  • Property details — property name, address, community, unit number, size, and access notes you provide for cleaning services.
  • Booking history — records of cleaning requests you submit through the portal.

3. Why We Collect It

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Provide and manage cleaning services for your properties.
  • Communicate with you about bookings, confirmations, and service updates.
  • Maintain your account and booking history.

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering our cleaning service.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored in a Supabase database hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland) region. All data remains within the European Union.

Passwords are cryptographically hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We never store or have access to your plain-text password.

5. Third-Party Processors

We use a minimal number of trusted third-party services to operate:

  • Supabase (database and authentication) — EU-hosted.
  • Resend (transactional email) — used to send booking confirmations and account-related emails only.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Our website does not use cookies, analytics tools, or any third-party tracking scripts. We store only a language preference in your browser's local storage, which is not personal data.

7. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove all your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised booking records may be retained for business reporting purposes.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
