- Vacuum & mop all floors
- Surface wipe-down, mirrors, high-touch areas
- Kitchen: stovetop exterior, backsplash, cabinet fronts
- Microwave & kettle interior wipe
- Bathrooms: toilet, sink, shower/bath, tiles
- Bins emptied & replaced
- Dishwasher loaded if available (no hand-wash)
- Beds made with fresh linen if left out

- Oven interior (racks, door, glass, walls)
- Extractor hood degrease (filters, surfaces)
- Fridge interior (shelves, drawers, seals)
- Freezer interior (client must defrost)
- Dishwasher interior (filter, seals, spray arms)
- Washing machine drum, seal, detergent drawer
- Kitchen cabinet interiors
- Interior windows (all accessible)
- Skirting boards, door frames, light switches
- Light fixtures & lampshades
- Detailed bathroom descaling (taps, screens, tiles, grout)
- Radiator exterior detailing

Home Care Regular assumes a property in regular maintained condition. Homes requiring restorative cleaning will be quoted as Home Care Deep. Freezer interior cleaning requires the freezer to be emptied and defrosted by the client in advance.
